If a minor opens an account using false information, the account will be immediately suspended and all associated transactions will be void. Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping their devices and account credentials out of reach of minors.

Gbbajee currently accepts deposits through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally instant, though processing may take up to 15 minutes.
• Deposits must come from your own registered mobile banking account.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• gbbajee does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

If your balance doesn't reflect a deposit within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Your KYC verification must be complete before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering conditions for the bonus have been fulfilled.
• gbbajee reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals where fraud is suspected.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.

• Any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.

The following rules apply when placing sports bets and participating in any other gaming activities on gbbajee.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cashout option is available).
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and your funds will be returned.
• gbbajee reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• In live betting, some bets may not be accepted due to internet latency.

If gbbajee detects suspicious betting patterns, transactions on that account may be restricted pending investigation. If the investigation confirms wrongdoing, the relevant bets and winnings will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbbajee:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using multiple identities to abuse the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or any other software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Involvement in match-fixing or sports manipulation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Gbbajee reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Suspicious or illegal activity.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
